I was in New York for the weekend to celebrate Betty’s Birthday. Down the street from our Hotel was a Russian restaurant and bar, the Samovar.
It was a cold.day, so we started with Traditional Russian tea from the Samovar. Rich black tea served with honey and lemon.
Next came the house infused vodka! I chose cucumber infusion, whose light flavor complimented the vodka while allowing the flavor of the vodka to shine through! The horseradish infusion was recommended by Maria, the bartender which was also wonderful
They have sweeter infusions like Mango and raspberry as well
I would highly recommend stopping by for an authentic experience and outstanding spirits!
